Welcome to Sherwood’s Enchanted Photography. By booking services, accessing, or using our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Services Provided
Sherwood’s Enchanted Photography offers wedding photography and videography services, including but not limited to engagement sessions, elopements, full-day wedding coverage, and highlight films.
2. Booking & Payment
• A non-refundable retainer fee (amount specified in your contract) is required to secure your date.
• Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract.
• Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of services and loss of retainer.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• If the Client cancels the services, the retainer remains non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new contract and additional fees.
• If Sherwood’s Enchanted Photography must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, all payments will be refunded, or efforts will be made to find a suitable replacement photographer.
4. Delivery of Images & Video
• Edited digital images will be delivered within 4 -6 weeks [usually faster ] via an online gallery.
a first look will be given in 1 -2 weeks (a few select photo’s).
• Video highlight films will be delivered within 4-6 weeks(usually faster).
• Raw images and footage are not provided unless explicitly stated in the contract.
5. Copyright & Usage
• Sherwood’s Enchanted Photography retains copyright to all images and videos.
• Clients receive personal usage rights for sharing and printing but may not sell or alter images without written permission.
• Sherwood’s Enchanted Photography reserves the right to use images and videos for portfolio, website, and social media promotion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
• Clients agree to provide necessary information, timelines, and schedules to facilitate a smooth photography experience.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining permissions for photography at chosen venues.
7. Liability
Sherwood’s Enchanted Photography will take the utmost care with respect to capturing and preserving images and footage. However, in the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss, or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.
8. Privacy
Client personal information is kept confidential and is used only for the purposes of providing services and communicating regarding bookings and deliveries. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
