Once you’ve filled out the contact form (be sure to select “wedding”), I’ll send over a personalized booking link so we can schedule a FaceTime or Zoom consultation. This is our chance to talk through your vision, see if we’re the perfect fit, and explore how I can help bring your love story to life. Whether you have a full Pinterest board or just a dream in your heart, this first step sets the tone for everything that follows.

Step 2: Secure the Date

If we’re a match made in magic, I’ll send over a custom proposal with your contract and retainer invoice to officially reserve your wedding date. This step is seamless and stress-free, allowing us to lock in your spot so we can focus on the fun, creative parts of the journey.

Step 3: Preparing for the Day

In the months leading up to your wedding, I’ll stay in touch—offering timeline guidance, vendor recommendations, and helpful reminders. You’ll also get my full support as we plan your engagement session and finalize the details that matter most to you. This is where your vision starts to take shape, and I’m here to help every step of the way.

Step 4: Your Engagement Session

Your engagement shoot is a chance to slow down, connect, and create portraits that reflect your love in a relaxed, meaningful way. Whether it’s in the forests of Lake Tahoe or the streets of downtown Reno, we’ll craft a session that feels like you. And the best part? It helps you feel completely at ease before the big day. those will be delivered in about 3-4 about three months before your wedding we will schedule a time to talk about a timeline for your enchanted day!

Step 5: The Wedding Day

This is where your story unfolds. I’ll be there—quietly and intentionally—capturing every unscripted laugh, tear, and tender glance with my documentary-style approach. My goal is to preserve the day as it truly felt, so you can fully live in each moment while I turn them into art.

Step 6: Your Gallery Delivery

A few sneak peeks will land in your inbox shortly after the celebration, and your full, high-resolution gallery will follow within 6–10 weeks. Curated with care and delivered in an easy-to-navigate online gallery, your images will be ready to download, share, and relive again and again.
